  • We ship across Bangladesh via trusted courier partners
  • Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days
  • Delivery delays may occur during public holidays or unforeseen events
  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed during checkout

5. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your PlushMate! If you’re not satisfied:

  • You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the product
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase
  • Personalized or used items are non-refundable
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect
